All rates are based on prices in effect on Nov. 1, 2006 and subject to change until fully paid. Since the tour price includes costs for planning, administration, communications and operations, no breakdown of costs will be provided under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour package. Early reservation with $150 deposit will assure your choice of accommodations. Limited (X or Z on Air Jamaica and T or V on Spirit Air) airline seats on each date, other fare classes may increase your cost again. EARLY BOOKINGS IN LOWER FARE CLASSES ARE THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP YOUR COST LOW. POST YOUR DEPOSIT NOW WHILE CHEAP AIR IS AVAILABLE, ALL AIR SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE AND YIELD MANAGEMENT.
Hotel Reservations will be confirmed within 48 hours ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE POSTED A $150 PER PERSON NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If reservation is confirmed then $150 is immediately nonrefundable upon confirmation. Airline and hotel penalties may increase these cancellation penalties as airline tickets are nonrefundable once ticketed and hotel penalties increase within 30 days of departure. Final payments are due to your travel agent 45 days prior to departure. Itinerary changes will require payment of a $50 change charge and a $100 airline ticket change charge. Name changes before ticketing require the forfeiture of the original person's $150 deposit and another $150 deposit being paid based on the availability at the time. After ticketing, name changes require the purchase of a new ticket based on availablility, NO NAME CHANGES ON TICKETS.
Airline and Tour Company Responsibility:
The airlines concerned are not held responsible for any act or event during the time the passengers are not on board their planes. The passenger's contract, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the passenger. All transportation companies herein mentioned shall have or incur no responsibility aside from their liability as common carriers.

Fowler Ave. Suite 1A, Tampa, FL 33617 has acted on a "best efforts" basis to arrange for services and accommodations being scheduled, but excercises no control, authority or responsibility nor liability for losses or additional expense to passengers due to schedule changes by carriers, overbooking, sickness, bankruptcy, weather, strikes or any other cause beyond our control. We assume no liability for injury, including and without limitation to property damage, bodily injury, disease or death, accident or acts of God, Government or other cause.
The tour participant agrees and understands that he/she is traveling to a foreign country and is subject to the laws of that country. He/she agrees to excercise caution in all facets of the vacation (especially if intoxicated). It is agreed that tour participant has been advised to avoid any form of self driving in a motor vehicle or motor cycles on windy island roads and to avoid illegal drugs. It is suggested in this warning that students use taxis or tour companies for all transportation. Because of past student groups, you may be asked to post on credit card per room or a cash "Damage and Cleaning" deposit. Most of all, THINK before you act because you will be far away from home and help your friends THINK if they had too much to drink.

Signed UCC charge forms are required from students along with our pre-printed credit card form. If it is a parent's card a completed credit card contract will be required by mail or fax from the parents, directly to ReggaeJAM.
